The main focus of our company is the production of rubber and rubber-metal products. In addition to traditional products, we have developed new, high quality products over the past few years, working under demanding conditions at extreme loads, either temperature or pressure. We have developed a special automatic surface finishing line for large-sized wheels up to a diameter of 1200 mm for semi-finished products. The subject of the development was a new design of the wheel profile. The vulcanization is carried out on a pressure press with a closing pressure of 600 t. Testing of finished products was carried out in cooperation with the Technical University and then in exploitation.
