Our laboratory is equipped with measurement devices to monitor the important characteristics of the products produced. The laboratory is one of the most important components that our company has achieved because, given the stringent demands placed on products, it is essential to have a well-equipped laboratory. In our conditions, we perform the following tests:
- rheological testing of rubber mixtures (simulation of vulcanization behavior of mixtures)
- rubber hardness measurement (ShA, IRHD micro)
- density of the mixtures weighed in air and water
- mechanical-physical tests of rubber compounds (strength, tear strength, structural strength, ...)
- static strength
- checking the consistency of the vulcanized rubber with metal or plastic
- dimensional dimensions by a non-contact measuring device
- tests of cleanliness of parts
- special tests of resistance of materials under different working conditions (air, oil, coolant, brake fluid)
- internal check of thermometers.
